In this guy, we will show you how a customer can update their personal details online.
For example, they want to change their email address or their telephone number.
Step by Step Guide
1. Customer goes to the Booking Website and logs in.
2. Once logged in, they click on 'My Account'.
3. Then they click on the 'My Details' tab
4. From there, they will be able to update the following
- Contact details (email address, telephone number)
- Additional Details (Gender, ethnic background, disability, marketing preferences)
5. Customer clicks on Save Changes
