In this guide, we will show you how you can sell a point-of-sale item to a customer at the Front of House.
For example, your facility may offer snacks, beverages, towels & lockers for hire, etc..
In order to do this, you will need to complete the following actions:
- Create a Point-of-Sale Pricing Option
- Create a Quick Button for that POS Item
Step by Step Guide
1. Go to the Front of House module
2. Go to Dashboard
4. Search for the customer who wishes to purchase the POS Item.
5. Click on the Quick Button tab
6. Select the Quick Button for the item (or the Quick Button Folder the POS Button item is under)
7. Select the customer's preferred payment method.
8. Click on Continue.
9. Select whether you want to email, print or skip the receipt.
