Summary
FLOW allows you to configure the waitlist size for your activities.
By default, the waitlist size is set to 5 when you create an activity template. However, you can modify this setting based on your requirements.
Note: Updating an existing Activity Template with already published schedules will not affect those schedules. The changes will only apply to newly created schedules using the updated template.
Step-by-Step Guide
For New Class Booking Templates
Follow the steps outlined in this user guide to configure your waitlist size for new templates.
For Existing Activity Templates
To update the waitlist size of an existing Activity Template, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Activities V2 Module:

Open FLOW and go to the Activities V2 section.

Access Activity Templates:

Under Activities, click on Activity Templates.

Edit the Template:
- Use the search bar to locate the Activity Template you wish to update.

Click on Edit to modify the selected template.

Modify Waitlist Size:

Navigate to the Advanced Settings tab.

Click on Edit Booking Restrictions.

Scroll down to find the Waitlist Size setting.

Adjust the value by clicking the + or - buttons or manually entering the desired number.
- You can disable the waitlist for the activity template if you untick 'enable waitlist'.

Save Changes:

Click on Save Changes.

A confirmation popup will appear—review the details and confirm the update.

Your waitlist size configuration is now updated for newly created schedules based on this template.
