Summary
Adding and removing points
You may wish to add or remove points from a user’s account.
For example, if a user has had some issues connecting their tracker to the app, you can provide them with the points they missed out on.
Note:
• Points will come through the next time the app is synced.
• Added and removed points will show on the user’s daily summary, and on the total points on the profile page.
• The added and removed points will not show on the leaderboard or the profile page graph.
Step By Step Guide
- From your Admin Dashboard, go to Moves.
- Go to Users
- Search for the user you wish to modify the points for (by their name or email address) and click on 'view'.
- Click on the Points tab.
- Click on Modify Points.
- Select Added or Removed and enter the desired value. Click Save.
