Modify Points for individual users

Summary

Adding and removing points

You may wish to add or remove points from a user’s account.

For example, if a user has had some issues connecting their tracker to the app, you can provide them with the points they missed out on.

Note:

• Points will come through the next time the app is synced.

• Added and removed points will show on the user’s daily summary, and on the total points on the profile page.

• The added and removed points will not show on the leaderboard or the profile page graph.

 

Step By Step Guide

 

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, go to Moves.

  2. Go to Users

  3. Search for the user you wish to modify the points for (by their name or email address) and click on 'view'.

  4. Click on the Points tab.

  5. Click on Modify Points.

  6. Select Added or Removed and enter the desired value. Click Save.
