For example, a customer may have purchased a Zumba Class Package and wants to make a booking with it.
Step by Step Guide
- Customer goes to your booking website and logs in.
- Once logged in, customer clicks on 'My Account'.
- From there can see how many sessions they have left by clicking on 'Packages'.
- If any session left, they can proceed and book the activity as they normally would.
- Once they have selected the activity, the package session will automatically apply. They can however chose not to use it and pay instead.
- They click on confirm and they will not be charged.
