Summary
In this guide, we will show you how to approve an Eligibility document that has not been uploaded but was shown to you in person.
Customers can upload their Eligibility document online and you can also Upload the document for them.
However certain customers may not computer savvy and want to show you their proof document at the Front Desk instead.
Please note: this will be disabled by default but you can turn this off for any users you do not want to have access to this functionality.
Step by Step Guide
- Search for the customer and click on view to open their profile.
- Go to their Membership tab and look for the membership that requires a proof document.
- Click on 'Manage Membership'.
- Click on 'Approve An Eligibility document' on the right hand side.
- Select the Document type and enter the date. Confirm that you have 'checked and approved the customer's proof of eligibility'. Click on 'Approve Eligibility on the bottom right corner'.
