Can I request a personal data export?


Answer: Yes. You can do so via the Moves + App by following the steps below.



Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log into your Moves + App
  2. Click on My Profile.

  3. Click on 'Edit Profile'.

  4. Scroll Down to Additional Account Actions and click on 'Request' next to 'Request a personal data export'.

  5. Check your inbox and open the email. Click on 'Download'.
