The Waitlist Cut Off time (in Minutes)

Summary

FLOW offers a Waitlist cut-off setting, allowing you to specify the number of minutes before a class begins that a customer can join a waitlist. Once this time elapses, the waitlist option for that class becomes unavailable.

By default, the value will be set to 120 (minutes) but you change it to any amount you want.

In this guide, we will show you how to configure this setting and where it can be overridden.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. From the home page, go to the System Configuration module.
   
   
   
2. Go to Settings.
   
   
   
3. Go to Manage Settings.
   
   
4. Select Class Bookings from the category dropdown.
   
   
5. Type in 'The Waitlist Cut Off time' in the Name box and click on 'Search'. Then click on 'Edit'.
   
   
   
6. Enter the desired value and click on 'Save'.
   
   

This setting can be overridden on the Activity Category. This will apply to all activity templates (and schedules) within that category.
