Moves+ does not actively monitor for unusual activity on users’ accounts. While we have certain systems in place to flag specific activity, the most effective method for monitoring unusual activity is by utilizing the reporting section. For example, you can generate the “Moves Daily User Activity” report and sort it by the highest activity.
If you notice anything suspicious, please flag it to us, and we will conduct further investigation to determine if the user is engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
Unfortunately, there are limited options available for preventing cheating beyond deactivating or blocking the user account. Until that action is taken, users are still able to use the app and claim rewards, as there is no feature within the Moves system to prevent them from doing so.
