Moves+ does not actively monitor for unusual activity on users’ accounts. While we have certain systems in place to flag specific activity, the most effective method for monitoring unusual activity is by utilizing the reporting section. For example, you can generate the “Moves Daily User Activity” report and sort it by the highest activity.
If you notice anything suspicious, please flag it to us, and we will conduct further investigation to determine if the user is engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
If you believe that a user is undertaking fraudulent activity you can take action by deactivating or blocking the user's account. Please note that until that action is taken, users are still able to use the app and claim rewards.
You can also now set a daily Points Cap on the number of points a user can earn across all activity types.
