How to deactivate a user

Summary

If a user becomes ineligible to use the Moves+ app, you have the option to deactivate their user account, thereby halting their ability to earn points and claim rewards.

 

Step-by-Step Guide

 

  1. From the Moves dashboard, go to 'Moves'.

  2. Go to 'Users'.

  3. On the top right corner, click on 'Bulk Edit Status'.

  4. Click on 'Download Bulk Status Edit Template', even if only deactivating one user only.

  5. Enter the email address, new status (i.e. Deactivated) and the reason for each user.

  6. Click on 'choose file' and upload the updated template (make sure you save the changes).

  7. Confirm that you have 'read the above and am happy to update user statuses' and click on 'Submit'.

  8. The new status will be updated instantly.
