Summary
If a user becomes ineligible to use the Moves+ app, you have the option to deactivate their user account, thereby halting their ability to earn points and claim rewards.
Step-by-Step Guide
- From the Moves dashboard, go to 'Moves'.
- Go to 'Users'.
- On the top right corner, click on 'Bulk Edit Status'.
- Click on 'Download Bulk Status Edit Template', even if only deactivating one user only.
- Enter the email address, new status (i.e. Deactivated) and the reason for each user.

Click on 'choose file' and upload the updated template (make sure you save the changes).
- Confirm that you have 'read the above and am happy to update user statuses' and click on 'Submit'.
- The new status will be updated instantly.
