Whilst you cannot remove users, you can deactivate or block users who are no longer eligible to use the app. Here's how:
Deactivate Users
- Go to 'Moves' then 'Users'
- Click 'Bulk Edit Status'
- Download the bulk status edit template
- Enter the email address, new status (Deactivated) and reason
- Upload the template and submit
When deactivated:
- Users cannot log into the app or create new accounts with that email2
- Their tracker will be disconnected
- No additional points will be logged
- Historical data remains in reports
Block Users
For temporary removal, you can block users:
- Go to Moves > Users
- Search for the user
- Click 'View' then 'Block User'
- Enter reason and duration
When blocked:
- Users will be logged out and cannot log back in until unblocked
- Their tracker remains attached
- You set the block duration (cannot be permanent)
