Why is my in app (manual) sync taking a long time?

When you manually sync an activity in the Moves+ app, it may take up to 5 minutes to appear in your account. This delay ensures data accuracy by checking for any missed activities before finalizing the sync.

 

How to Manually Sync Activity

  1. Start Syncing

    • On your Moves+ Home screen, tap the sync button or pull down to refresh.

  2. Sync in Progress

    • You will see a confirmation that the sync is in progress.

  3. Sync Complete

    • Once finished, you’ll receive a notification confirming the sync.
