In this guide, we will show you how to add a customer from the Front of House/Dashboard.
Step by step guide
From your home page, select the 'Front Of House' module.
Select 'Dashboard' tab
On your dashboard go to 'Add Customer'
Fill in the fields with the customer's details and click 'Submit'. It is best to fill in all or as many details as possible.
Note: A new customer record MUST have either an email address or phone number in order to be added. If missing both, submit will be greyed out.
