How to manage Freeze Requests?


In this guide, we will show you how to view, approve and reject Freeze Requests. For instance, a customer may have uploaded a medical certificate to prove the need for their Freeze request. From here, you can view the document and approve or reject when applicable. The customer will then receive an email informing them of either.


Step by step guide


  1. From the home page, go to the Memberships Module.

  1. Go to Freeze Requests

  2.  From here, you can manage and view the uploaded documents.

You can filter by Home Centre, Membership Type and Document Type. You can also search for a specific customer by entering their email address, Customer ID or Name in the search tab in the top left corner.

4. Once you have found the customer/document you are looking for, you can Approve or Reject accordingly

If rejecting the freeze, you can include a rejection reason from the dropdown list


5. Click on Save Changes.
