In this guide, we will show you how to create a new customer via the customer module.
What is a customer?
A customer is someone how uses your facilities either as a membership (holds a membership) or has made a booking.
Step by step
1. From the home page, go to the Customer Module
From here, you can search for existing customers by reference, name, email or phone and click on View to view their details and manage their account.
2. Click on Create New Customer from the top right corner
You can configure the data you would like to collect when create a customer's account here
3. Fill in the details

4. Click on Create
From here, you have access to the following tabs
- Summary
- Bookings
You can view Historic, upcoming, unpaid and waitlisted bookings
- Memberships (will show Memberships and Freezes)
- Orders (will show all orders and for more information, you can click on view details on the right hand side of the order)
From here, you can view the receipt and refund an order.
- Communications (here you can view all emails that have been sent to the customer)
- Personal Details (From here you can add/edit contact details, send a resent link password and add an emergency contact)
- Induction Wavers (from here you can view existing induction waivers and register new ones)
- Penalties (this will show if the customer has occurred any penalties)
- Billing (here you will see the customer's billing details, historical and upcoming payment
- Credits (This will show you if the customer has any credits and when they expire)
- Packages (Will display any packages they have purchased)
- Notes
