Summary
In this article we will show you how to add or remove points for individual Moves+ users.
You may wish to add or remove points from a user’s account. For example, if a user has had some issues connecting their tracker to the Moves+ app, you can provide them with the points that they missed out on.
Note:
- Points will come through the next time the app is synced.
- Added and removed points will show on the user’s daily summary, and on the total points on the profile page.
- The added and removed points will not show on the leaderboard or the profile page graph.
Step-By-Step Guide
1. From your Admin Dashboard, go to Moves+.
2. Go to Users.
3. Search for the user you wish to modify the points for (by their name or email address) and click on 'view'.
4 Click on the Points tab.
5. Click on Modify Points.
6. Select Added or Removed and enter the desired value > click Save.
