Why do I receive an "Error" when Downloading a Report?

I am receiving a "502 error" when trying to download a report, what do I do?

Clients may sometimes receive a "502 error" message when downloading a report with a large amount of data.

We recommend that you use the filters and manipulate the report to reduce the number of rows/data within the download. For example, reduce the date range of the data you require.
