You cannot 'cancel' a no show but you can mark a customer as 'attended' manually from the Front of House via the Class roster. This can only be done on the day of the activity booked. You cannot mark attendance in the past.
Please note that this can only be done for class activities. It cannot be done for Ad Hoc or Fast Ticket activities.
