Can I add/delete/edit a ticket type to an already published Fast Ticket schedule - V1?

Question: Can we add, delete, or edit tickets at the template level? Will the changes update an already published schedule?

Answer:
Not immediately. When a schedule is published, the system projects Fixed Term (FT) schedules 6 months in advance (or up to the schedule’s defined end date).

  • If you add, delete, or edit a ticket at the template level, those changes will not apply to the current published schedule until 6 months + 1 day after the update.

  • For shorter schedules (less than 6 months), the changes will not appear at all once the schedule is already published.

We recognize this limitation and have included improvements in our future development considerations.

Workaround:
If you need changes to take effect sooner:

  1. Cancel the existing schedule.

  2. Update the template with the new tickets.

  3. Reschedule using the updated template.

Example:

  • Template 1: Changes appear only after 6 months.

  • Schedule 2 (shorter schedule): Changes will not be applied.
