What impact does amending the user survey have on the reporting? E.G. Will we continue to be able to see the historical data from previous questions asked (regardless of whether they are amended or deleted/replaced)?
Answer:
If you delete or amend a question, this can still be reported up until the last interaction. To get the results, filter by “Question” > “Equal” > “Name of question” to get all the data for that question.
Pro Tip: We recommend deleting old questions as opposed to rewording. This will keep your data clean and up to date.
