When you freeze a customer's membership, there are several configurations to keep in mind.
The primary consideration is whether the Membership Type allows freezing.
This option is located in the advanced tab under Membership Type.
If FLOW doesn't permit freezing a customer's membership, ensure the customer's membership is eligible for freezing as depicted in the screenshot below:
Additionally, within the System Configuration module, there are three Membership Settings, two of which may impact the freezing date:
- Maximum number of days in advance for applying a membership freeze
- Earliest date for customers to freeze their membership
