Information Security

OpenPlay are committed to the highest standards of security and quality management and have been acreditted under ISO and Cyber Essentials Plus since 2022.

ISO/IEC 27001, also known as the Information Security Management standard, is an international benchmark that stipulates the prerequisites for businesses to manage their information assets and data securely.

This standard is globally recognised and provides a comprehensive framework for businesses to follow, ensuring the secure management of your vital assets. These assets can include various kinds of data such as customer and employee details, intellectual property, financial information, and third-party data.

The ISO 27001 standard imposes certain requirements on organisations, including a necessity to conduct a thorough assessment of information security risks. This involves identifying potential risks to information security and putting in place measures to effectively mitigate these risks. Furthermore, ISO 27001 requires us to embed information security management across all levels of our organisation

Another requirement is the implementation of robust security controls and processes. These are systems and procedures designed to protect against threats to information security and to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your data.

By complying with the ISO 27001 standard, we can provide assurances to our customers that we are managing information assets securely and effectively.

The following policies are available as part of our ISO 27001 registration.
