Summary
FLOW provides the flexibility to configure how early customers can access the venue before their scheduled class starts. This setting ensures customers can comfortably prepare, such as getting changed or purchasing refreshments, before class begins.
- Default Setting: 5 minutes before the class starts.

Example: If a class begins at 3 PM, setting the access time to 15 minutes will allow customers to enter the venue starting at 2:45 PM.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the System Configuration Module
- From the home page, navigate to the System Configuration module.
2. Navigate to Settings
- Go to Settings > Manage Settings.
3. Locate the Class Booking Setting
- From the Category dropdown, select Class Bookings.
- In the Name box, type:
"Minutes before class starts that user can still access the venue to attend". - Click on Search.
4. Edit the Setting
- Locate the setting in the search results and click on Edit on the right-hand side.
- Enter the desired time (in minutes) in the value field.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Overriding the Setting
You can override this configuration on the Activity Schedule if specific activities require different access times.
