Summary
FLOW allows you to customize the Membership Cancellation Reasons displayed in the dropdown for customers.
Note: You can only choose from the predefined options available in the settings. Custom reasons cannot be added.
Step-by-Step Guide
- From the Home Page, navigate to the System Configuration Module.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Manage Settings.
- In the Category dropdown, choose Customers and click on 'Search'.
- Search for Membership Cancellation Reasons.
- Click Edit.
- Select or deselect the reasons you want to display in the dropdown for customers and click on 'Save'.
