How can I add/remove a Membership Cancellation reason?

Summary

FLOW allows you to customize the Membership Cancellation Reasons displayed in the dropdown for customers.

Note: You can only choose from the predefined options available in the settings. Custom reasons cannot be added.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the Home Page, navigate to the System Configuration Module.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Select Manage Settings.

  4. In the Category dropdown, choose Customers and click on 'Search'.

  5. Search for Membership Cancellation Reasons.

  6. Click Edit.
  7. Select or deselect the reasons you want to display in the dropdown for customers and click on 'Save'.
