In this guide we will show you how to redeem Moves+ rewards.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the rewards tab in your Moves+ app to view a list of rewards that are available to redeem. You can only redeem rewards if:
- You have enough points;
- The reward is active (some may be expired or not yet activated);
- The reward is in stock; and
- You have not already redeemed the maximum number of that reward.
1. Review available rewards.
2. Together with the merchant, click Merchant tap here.
3. Confirm your selection, click Merchant claim.
4. Confirmation of reward redemption will appear. The merchant will now handover the reward to you.
🚀 Pro Tip: There are two types of rewards:
- Merchant Claim Reward which is often a tangible item (e.g. a coffee or merchandise) and must be redeemed in store.
- Discount Code Reward which you can redeem yourself (e.g. a raffle ticket or online 10% off code).
