A reconciliation fee is a small adjustment made when your membership is frozen and then restarted. It makes sure you’re only paying for the exact time your membership is active.
For example, if the customer's membership restarts earlier following a freeze during a billing period, we’ll adjust their fee to prevent overcharging or unexpected large bills. Instead, they’ll just pay the correct prorated amount, and their regular payments will continue as normal.
