Summary
FLOW allows you to create API keys, which are secure, unique codes used to authenticate communication between FLOW and your third-party systems.
An API key acts like a digital access pass—when you provide it to an approved external platform (such as CoursePro or Innovatise), it identifies your FLOW environment and grants the integration permission to access the specific data or functionality it needs.
Creating and managing your own API keys ensures that only authorised systems can connect to FLOW, helping maintain both security and reliable data exchange.
Step-by-Step Guide
From the Home page, go to the System Configuration module.
Navigate to Integrations.
Select FLOW API Keys.
Click Create New API Key.

Import Members – for tools importing member data into FLOW.
Innovatise Bridge – for integrations with the Innovatise platform/app.
CoursePro Integration – for synchronising data with CoursePro.
