Answer: At present, there isn’t a way to manually remove bank details from a customer’s account. However, for security reasons, these details are not fully visible—only limited information (such as the last two digits of the account number and sort code) is displayed.
If required, you do have the option to GDPR delete a customer’s record, which will remove their data from the system entirely.
