Answer: For security reasons, password reset links are programmed to automatically expire after one hour. If the password reset link appears to be invalid, reset your password one more time and update the password within an hour of receiving the reset link.
Step 1)
Open your Moves+ app and click on the "Profile" tab, then click "Edit profile".
Step 2)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Change Password".
Step 3)
Enter your Moves+ email address to receive the password reset link.
