When I click the password reset link it doesn't work or an error message is displayed. Why?
Answer
For security reasons, password reset links are programmed to automatically expire after 60 minutes (1 hour).
If the reset link in your password reset email appears to be invalid, reset your password one more time and update the password within an hour of receiving the password reset email and link.
