Answer: This will depend on your Cancellation Cut off setting, For example, if your cancellation cut off is set to 240 mins and the customer cancels their booking outside that window (within 239 mins before the class starts), the benefit will not be reinstated the same way, the class would not be refunded.
If the customer cancels their activity within the cancellation cut off window (i.e > than 240 mins before the activity starts, the benefit will be reinstated.
Scenario 1: Customer cancelled their activity within the cancellation window.
Customer has a Daily Racket benefit that they can redeem when booking a badminton activity. In the screenshot below, you can see that they have not redeemed it yet.
The Cancellation Cut off is 240 mins
Customer books Badminton due to starts more than 240 mins in the future and is prompted to use the benefit.
Benefit is no longer available to use:
Customer cancels Badminton still more than 240 mins before the activity starts.
The benefit is reinstated
