Why are my Moves+ points being capped?

If you notice that your points are capped, it means your institution has set a daily limit on the number of points you can earn.

This feature ensures that users can earn up to a specified number of points each day across all activity types. Once you reach this limit, you won’t earn additional points for that day—but don’t worry! Your achievements will still be recognized and celebrated.
