How to view activity records

See the activity Moves+ received for a member, so you can answer questions about their points.

Time required: 3 minutes

User role: Administrator

Module: Moves+ admin > Users, and Moves+ admin > Activity records

Option 1: daily totals for one user

Start here for most questions.

1. Open the user

In the sidebar, select Users. Find the user and click View in the Actions column.

2. Open the Activity tab

Click Activity. Daily Activity shows one row per day with Running, Cycling, Walking, Swimming and Points.

3. Check for warnings

If you see Potential Duplicate Data Detected, Moves+ has found suspected duplicate records for this user, and the warning says on how many days. Click Export to download the data.

Option 2: individual activity records

Use this to see each record Moves+ received, with its source and times.

1. Open Activity records

Select Moves Dashboard in the sidebar. In the System configuration card, click Activity records.

2. Filter the list

Set any of Activity Type, User ID, Start Date and End Date, then click Filter. User ID takes the user's ID number, not their name. Click Clear to start again.

View Moves+ Activity Record

3. Open a record

Click View on the row. The record shows:

Field Meaning
User The member.
Provider Where the record came from, for example Apple Health or Health Connect.
Type Walking, Running, Cycling or Swimming.
Amount Steps or distance.
Total Points Points linked to this record. Shows "-" when there are none.
Started, Ended When the activity took place.
Processed When Moves+ scored it.

Note: Moves+ scores a whole day at once. The daily cap, duplicate workouts and steps inside workouts are applied across the day, so one record's Total Points may not match what the member expects. Use the user's Activity tab for the day's total.
