In this guide, we will show you how to allow certain users to upload eligibility documents on behalf of a customer.
Please note: this will be enabled by default BUT they will not be able to approve the document they have uploaded unless they’re a super user. Clients can turn this off for any users they do not want to have access to this functionality.
Step by Step guide
From the home page, go to the System Configuration module.
Go to the Security sub module.
Select the User Role (that has access to the Memberships module) you wish to configure and click on Edit.
- Click on the Membership Module to expend the permissions.
- Scroll down to the Eligibility Management section and tick/untick 'Upload eligibility documents'.
- Click on 'Update'.
