Summary
In this guide, we will show you how to allow certain users to upload eligibility documents on behalf of a customer.
Please note: this will be disabled by default but you can turn this on for any users you want to have access to this functionality.
Step by Step guide

From the home page, go to the System Configuration module.

Go to the Security sub module.

Select the User Role (that has access to the Memberships module) you wish to configure and click on Edit.
- Click on the Membership Module to expend the permissions.
- Scroll down to the Eligibility Management section and tick/untick 'Approve eligibility documents'.
- Click on 'Update'.
