Summary
The Customer's Bookings tab provides an overview of a customer's booking history and status. You can access details for historic, upcoming, unpaid, and waitlisted bookings. By clicking 'View' next to each booking, you can see more detailed information, such as the booking fee, payment method (tender type), and even view the receipt.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Search for the Customer
- Begin by searching for the customer you want to view.
2. Navigate to the Bookings Tab
- Once on the customer profile, select the Bookings tab.
The Bookings Tab Sections
The Bookings tab is divided into four sections:
1. Upcoming
- Displays future bookings.
- Here, you can:
- View upcoming bookings.
- Cancel upcoming bookings if necessary.
- Pay for upcoming block bookings (if payment is due).
2. Historic
- Displays all past bookings.
- Here, you can:
- View past bookings.
- Pay for past block bookings (if payment is still required).
3. Unpaid
- Lists block bookings that are unpaid, either from the past or upcoming.
- You can view and make payments for these bookings.
(Note: These unpaid bookings are also visible in the respective "Historic" or "Upcoming" sections.)
4. Waitlist
- Displays bookings for activities that are not currently available but may become available in the future.
- These bookings are placed on a waitlist, and you can monitor their status here.
- You can also cancel their spot on the waitlist list.
