Summary
The Memberships tab provides detailed information about the customer's memberships, including current, provisional, suspended, past (cancelled or expired), and future (purchased) memberships.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Search for the Customer
Use the search feature to locate the customer whose memberships you want to view.
2. Navigate to the Memberships Tab
Click on the Memberships tab to see a list of the customer’s memberships.
- You will be able to view any current memberships, including those that are:
- Active
- Pending
- Suspended
- You will also see provisional and future (purchased) memberships.
3. Show Cancelled/Expired Memberships (Optional).
If you wish to view past memberships, you can toggle the 'Show Cancelled/Expired Memberships' filter to display them.

Depending on your role permissions, you can perform the following actions on memberships:
Recurring Memberships (Monthly Paid)
- Change Membership
- Change Home Centre
- Cancel Membership
- Freeze Membership
- View Status Timeline
