Configuring the Waitlist Cut Off time (in Minutes) - V2

Overview

The Waitlist Cut-Off setting allows you to control the number of minutes before a class begins that customers can join a waitlist. Once the specified time is reached, the waitlist will no longer be available.

• Default Setting: The cut-off time is set to 60 minutes by default.
• Customisable: You can change this value to any desired time frame.

Before You Start

The following will need to be completed before setting up a referral programme:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to System Configuration > Settings > Manage Settings
2. Search in the Name box for "Waitlist cut off (minutes)" and click Search.
   
   
    
3. Click Edit

4. Modify the Value as required

   

5. Click Save

Overriding the Setting at a template or schedule level

The Waitlist Cut-Off setting can be overridden on an Activity Template and Activity Schedule. 

Any changes made at the template level will apply to all new schedules created and published following that changes to the template level.  

Any changes made at the schedules level will apply to that schedule only once published.

Setting Hierarchy

1. Activity Schedule Level
   1. Overrides the Activity Template Level setting for specific schedules.
2. Activity Template Level
   • Overrides the System-Wide setting for specific templates.
3. System-Wide Setting
   • Applies globally unless overridden at the template or schedule level.
