Configuring the Waitlist Cut Off time (in Minutes) - V2

FLOW provides a Waitlist Cut-Off setting, allowing you to control the number of minutes before a class begins that customers can join a waitlist. Once the specified time is reached, the waitlist option for the class will no longer be available.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to System Configuration

2. Access the Settings Panel

3. Find the Waitlist Cut-Off Setting

   • From the Category dropdown menu, choose Activities V2.
     
     
     
     
   • In the Name box, type Waitlist cut off (minutes) and click Search.
     
     
     
     
   • When the setting appears, click Edit.

Overriding the Setting on Activity Templates

The Waitlist Cut-Off setting can be overridden on an Activity Template. Any changes made at the template level will apply to all activities and schedules created using that template.
