How to configure the max bookings interval

Summary

FLOW includes a feature enabling users to establish a date range for a maximum number of bookings, such as '1 week', '2 days', '6 hours', and more.
This setting can then be used to configure the maximum amount of bookings during that interval via this setting.


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to the System Configuration module.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Go to Manage Settings.

  4. Select 'Activities' from the dropdown category and click on 'Search'.

  5. Type in 'Max bookings interval' in the Name search tab and click on 'Search'.
    On the right-hand side of the setting, click on 'Edit'.

  6. Enter the desired value and click on 'Save'.

    You can override this setting at Facility or Group Level. Please refer to our Guide on how to do this.

    Please note that this setting can also be overridden on the Activity category (which will apply to any activity templates and schedules within that category).
