Summary
FLOW offers a functionality enabling users to set a maximum limit within a specific time frame.
For instance, you can establish a limit such as '5 bookings per week'.
Before implementing this, ensure that you have configured the 'Max bookings interval' setting to define the appropriate date range.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to the System Configuration module.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Manage Settings.
- Select 'Activities' from the dropdown category and click on 'Search'.
- Type in 'Max amount of bookings' in the Name search box and click on 'search'. Then click on 'Edit' on the right-hand side.
- Enter the desired value and click on 'Save'.
You can override this setting at Facility or Group Level. Please refer to our Guide on how to do this.
Please note that this setting can also be overridden on the Activity category (which will apply to any activity templates and schedules within that category).
