Summary
FLOW includes a functionality that allows you to configure how early customers with an activity booking token can access the venue before their activity starts.
For example, if a class starts at 3 PM, you might want to grant access earlier so customers can get changed, purchase a beverage, or prepare for their session. By default, this setting is set to 5 minutes.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to System Configuration
- From the home page, go to the System Configuration module.
2. Access Settings
- Click on Settings and then select Manage Settings.
3. Locate the Setting
- In the Category Dropdown, select Class Bookings.
- In the Name Box, type:
"Minutes after an activity starts that user can still access the venue to attend" - Click Search.
4. Edit the Setting
- Locate the setting and click Edit on the right-hand side.
- Enter the desired value (e.g., 10 for 10 minutes) and click Save.
5. Override the Setting (Optional)
- This setting can also be overridden for specific activities in the Activity Schedule.
