How do I transition from Google Fit to Health Connect

Google Fit Deprecation & Move to Health Connect

With Google Fit being deprecated in 2024/2025, Android now recommends using Health Connect as the preferred platform for managing health and fitness data.

If you previously used Google Fit to track your activity in Moves+, you must disconnect it before switching to Health Connect.
