Markdown fields have a toolbar above them. Select text and choose a button, or type the syntax yourself. Select the eye icon to preview.

Rules
- HTML is not supported. Use Markdown instead.
- Character limits count the Markdown syntax as well as the text.
- The admin preview is a guide. The app uses your organisation's fonts, so text can look slightly different on a phone.
