Summary
For added security, Flow now shows you every device and browser where you are signed in to the staff area, and lets you sign out any of them. This was introduced as part of our 2026 security improvements.
✅ See where you are signed in, including when each session started and was last used
✅ Sign out any session you do not recognise, from anywhere
✅ Stay protected with automatic sign-out after a period of inactivity
What is a login session?
Each time you sign in to Flow on a device or browser, Flow creates a login session. Reviewing your sessions helps you keep your staff account secure, especially on shared or public computers at your centre.
Viewing your login sessions
- Sign in to the staff area and open your account settings.
Open Your Logins.
- You will see a list of your active sessions. For each one you can see:
- When you signed in
- When the session was last used
- Basic device or location information
Only your own active sessions are shown; sessions that have expired or been signed out are not listed.
Signing out a session
- In your list of login sessions, find the session you want to end.
Select Revoke for the none active session.
- That device or browser is signed out and will need to sign in again.
If you see a session you do not recognise, sign it out and change your password, then tell your manager or OpenPlay.
You can also select and Revoke access from multiple sessions (if applicable) by using the checkbox:
Automatic sign-out
To keep your account secure, Flow signs out staff users automatically based on which of the following comes first:
- After 120 minutes without activity
- 12 hours after you signed in,
When this happens, simply sign in again.
Troubleshooting
I do not recognise one of my sessions.
Sign it out straight away, then change your password and let your manager or OpenPlay know.
Why am I signed out so often?
For security, staff sessions end after 120 minutes without activity, or 12 hours after signing in. Sign in again to carry on.
I cannot see a session I expected.
Only your own active sessions are listed. Sessions that have expired or been signed out do not appear.
