Summary
The Visits widget shows who has entered your facility, updating as people arrive. It is the day to day view for your reception team.

Viewing visits
The Visits widget lists people who have entered your facility, with the most recent arrivals shown as they come in. Entries where access was not successful are styled differently, so your team can spot them quickly and help the customer.
For a reception screen, open the widget full screen to give the list the whole display.
Looking at a visitor
Select a visit to see a summary of that customer alongside the list. From there, and depending on your permissions, you can:
- View their profile photo
- Open their customer profile
- Open their Front of House dashboard
Birthdays and membership anniversaries
When a visitor has a birthday today, or reaches a membership anniversary, the dashboard highlights it. It is a small prompt that lets your team offer a warm, personal welcome.
Troubleshooting
The visits list is not updating.
The list updates automatically as people arrive. If it appears to have stopped, reload the page. If it continues, contact OpenPlay support.
I cannot see a visitor's photo, profile or dashboard link.
Each of these actions has its own permission. Ask an administrator to check your role.
Someone is missing from the list.
The widget shows entries for the venue currently selected on the dashboard. Check the facility switcher is set to the right venue.
