Summary
The Today's activities widget shows what is running at your venue today, and lets your team mark attendance without opening the Facility calendar.

Viewing today's activities
The widget lists the activities running at the venue currently selected on the dashboard. You can:
- Filter the list, including by location
- Sort it to suit how your team works
Where ticketed activities overlap, they are grouped together so the list stays readable.
Opening an activity
Select View details on an activity to open it. This gives you the same set of actions you would find on the Facility calendar, including the activity's roster.
Marking attendance
- Open the activity from the Today's activities widget.
- Find the customer on the roster.
- Mark them as attended.
This is the quickest route for a busy reception or for a coach checking in their own session.
Other activity actions
Depending on your permissions, the activity panel also lets you:
- Print the activity roster
- Edit or cancel the activity
- Open the scheduler
- Remove a customer from the activity
- Manage the waitlist, including booking a waiting customer onto the activity
Actions your role does not have are hidden, so the panel only shows what you can do.
Troubleshooting
An activity is missing from the list.
The widget shows activities for the venue currently selected on the dashboard. Check the facility switcher is set to the right venue.
I cannot open View details.
Viewing the list and opening an activity are separate permissions. Ask an administrator to check your role.
I can open the activity but cannot mark attendance.
Each action inside the activity has its own permission. Ask an administrator to grant the attendance permission to your role.
