Summary
Customers may request to cancel a camp they have booked. Depending on how the camp is set up, you can either:
Cancel the entire camp.
Cancel individual sessions (if the camp allows booking per session).
Note: If the camp is only bookable as a full package, cancelling any session will cancel the entire camp.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to their Bookings tab.
Find the Camp Booking
Locate the camp you wish to cancel.
Click Cancel.
Confirm the Cancellation
If the camp is booked as a full package:
Cancelling any session will cancel the entire camp.
If the camp is booked per session:
Cancelling will only remove the selected session.
