Summary
Customers can cancel a camp they have booked via their online account. Depending on how the camp is set up, they can either:
Cancel the entire camp.
Cancel individual sessions (if the camp allows booking per session).
Note: If the camp is only bookable as a full package, cancelling any session will cancel the entire camp.
Step-by-Step Guide
- The customer will log in to your booking website.
- They click on 'My Account'.
- They click on the 'Bookings' tab.
- They locate the camp they wish to cancel and click on 'view bookings'.
- They click on 'Cancel Camp'.
- They are then prompted to select which sessions they want to cancel (if the configuration allows it) or they will be prompted to cancel the whole camp.
- The camp is now cancelled.
