Which product are email notifications sent from?

Below is a list of all the email templates available to send to customers. It is important to note that all emails located in the "notifications' module (Home> system configuration> Notifications > Email templates) are all triggered emails. Therefore, these emails will be be automatically sent to a customer after a action e.g. if a customer is awarded a credit, they will receive a email notification advising them they they received a credit and the amount received. 

If the your organisation is using 'AccessPay' as their Direct Debit method, then all notifications will be sent via Flow. However, if your organisation is using 'GoCardless' as their Direct Debit Method then please see the list below which clarifies which emails are sent via GoCardless and which emails are sent via flow.
